Whats the difference between a Cartridge and a Cartomizer?:
When SmokeStik first introduced the electronic cigarette, it orginally was made up of 3 pieces. A battery,
an atomizer, and a cartridge. Each cartridge would last you roughly half a pack of traditional cigarettes. The vape was good but it was not consistent. It did allow for
those that wanted to add their own liquid, the ability to do so with ease. But it also had some drawbacks, namely that many times a user would get liquid in their mouth,
or on their hands when changing the cartridges. The other drawback being after going thru a 50 pack of cartridges, a user would need to purchase replacement atomizers,
or find a way to clean them.
At SmokeStik we are constantly looking for ways to make our product easier to use, and more enjoyable at the same time.
We tasked our engineers to come up with a way to remedy some of these problems that would prohibit the general public from wanting to try the SmokeStik.
What we came up with is the Cartomizer.
A Cartomizer is a combination of an atomizer and a cartridge combined, effectively making our product 2 pieces instead of 3.
Each cartomizer should last roughly a full pack and half of traditional cigarettes. The atomizer used in a cartomizer is meant to last just long
enough to vape the liquid inside. Additionaly, we are able to greatly reduce the chance that a user gets liquid, in their mouth or hands, by over 75%,
while at the same time allowing the user to experience much more consistant vapes, with much more vapor.
For the purposes of our comparison, we estimated that one puff is any puff lasting longer than 2 seconds. A traditional cigarette is roughly equal to 10 puffs, after accounting for burn time in an ashtray, or in hand while not inhaling.

We find that most people prefer the cartomizer over the cartridge …although it is a bit more expensive at the outset..You do get much more vapor, consistancy, and many more “puffs” from the cartomizers.
